If you have any questions about ordering, suggestions or feedback for us feel free to get in touch via phone or email. We’re available Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6pm CET. Write to us or give us a ring! Please also note that the correct spelling of our company is JUNIQE - we don't want your email to get lost in cyberspace!
Do you have a physical store that I can visit or are you just a website?
We're just a website so you can only buy our products online.
I’m an artist, how can I work with you?
Simply send a message to email@example.com. Just tell us a little bit about yourself, send us your portfolio, and we’ll get in touch!
Will I have to give up control of my rights?
Not at all. You’ll maintain control of the rights to your work and we'll help you to make it accessible to a wider audience.
How will you contact me?
Your email address will be registered in the system. We will send order and shipping confirmation to this address, as well as our newsletter.
What’s your newsletter about?
Our newsletter keeps you up to date with news about new products, promotions and limited editions. You’ll also find stories about our artists and other wonderful things that inspire us three times a week.
How do I sign up for the newsletter?
To get in on the action simply enter your email address on our homepage. You will then receive a welcome email.
You want to unsubscribe to the newsletter?
That’s a pity, but we understand. Unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in your latest newsletter.
What happens to my data?
If you’d like to link your account to social networks such as Facebook and Instagram that’s entirely up to you. By default this link is disabled but you can connect to social networks by going into your account settings.
How can I pay you?
We accept payment by PayPal, Credit Card, Direct Money Transfer, eps e-payment, Direct Debit and Advance Payment. Please note that some payment methods are not available in all countries.
When do you capture the payment from my account?
When you order via PayPal or credit card, the payment is captured upon completion of the order. For orders via Direct Debit, the payment is captured (according to the legal notification periods) 5 bank working days after your order. For orders via Direct Money Transfer, eps e-payment and Advance Payment, the payment process is initiated through you.
Can I buy gift vouchers?
Yes! If you want to make someone smile you can purchase a gift certificate here. We will send you a physical gift certificate in an envelope in the mail. Please note that the gift certificate will be shipped with Deutsche Post and therefore order tracking is not possible. In light of this we recommend that the parcel is sent to a private address instead of a company address or post office box.
Where do you deliver to and how long does delivery take?
We ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Luxemburg, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Do Swiss customers have to pay taxes?
For Swiss customers, prices that are displayed on the website do not include any value added tax. The goods are shipped from Germany. Hence, as a Swiss customer, you have to pay 8% import sales tax at the time of delivery.
Where is my order?
We work closely with our shipping partners to get your order to you as quickly and securely as possible.
Within Germany we ship with DHL. When we ship internationally DHL will pass on your order to your national mail provider.

Can I return my items?
If an item is eligible for return you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt for any reason. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for details.
How do I return an item?

Does it cost anything to return my item?
No. It’s free to return your item as long as you use a prepaid return receipt. Shipping’s on us!
